should i or no?
Im 30 weeks pregnant. I have an ob appointment today in which i have to hall my one year old down four flights and walk to the place about seven blocks. Its really cold today (38) and i woke up wicked dizzy. Especially when im laying down its like the room is spinning. Also i have zero energy. Should i be concerned? Should i go? Or should i call in and go to the hospital? I just dont wanna risk fainting or having a dizzy spell with my daughter right next to me. Ugh help please?

I would give your dr a call dizziness is normal in pregnancy but not to the point where your going to faint! It may be your sugar lower then normal.. Try drink a glass of oj and eating a banana to see if that help you at all! But call them and let them know for sure how your feeling!
