Had an appt today!
Dr didnt check me because L&D did on Sunday and I was "a loose 1 maybe 2cm". She seems to think with my increase in braxton hicks and dilation it could be any time now! I haven't seen any plug yet... :/
Also, I asked her... "I spend a lot of time on pregnancy forums and there is much debate about what can start labor. Does anything actually help?"
She said (in her adorable German accent)
"Walking and sex. Even though you may not want to do either,they help! Oh,and castor oil! "
She told me to make sure if I try castor oil to be drinking lots of water to avoid dehydration. I think with my recent trip to the hospital and bout of illness I will be skipping the castor oil lol
So there we have it. Im going to walk around the store in a bit and molest my husband when he gets home even if he doesn't feel like it!

Iv been at 4 cm 80% for almost two weeks now ... & I walk LOADS everyday ! Notta .

Funny story though : I went to the mall last week at Charlotte Russe & was checking out . The woman that worked there that was checking me out was also pregnant ,
She said Guuuurl my mama said if you really want that baby to come out you gotta let your man hit it from behind real hard ! Like he's rapping you ! lol I was like haha yea and walking , she follwed by adding spicy food .
End result : she goes so here's what you do
Go eat some spicy food , then walk around, go home and let him hit it hard - HAHA it was so funny.

Lol, Good luck honey! I'm sitting around waiting, I'm 38+3, I'm trying to molest my dh but this guy is always at work... I'm like "hurry hurry"! Lol I've been walking, rock climbing, jogging, doing squats, tae bo, kick boxing, body slamming the kids. ... lmbo ok I haven't done any of that except walking! I'm so exhausted, I feel like I have though. :) please keep us posted honey. I'm praying my stubborn son will make an entrance soon.

Hope you end up seeing results! I am afraid of the castor oil as well. Diarrhea and labor sound like a horrible combination! Lol
