So I've seen ppl say to take this to help induce labor. Well I've tried looking it up and can't find where you buy it. Also I've seen a lot of bloggs say it only works if you have been taking it. Also is it a pill a drink. Anyone know anything about it? ??

It's a tea and you can buy it online from Bulk Herb Store. It does not induce labor, though. They say in the 1st trimester drink one cup a day, 2nd drink 2 a day and 3rd drink 3 a day. It can help with morning sickness at the beginning and it tones your uterus to make for a better labor.

So like GNC would have it maybe?? We have a mom and pop vitamin store here but don't know anything about them I'm leary to buy from something like that.

Its a tea but I believe you can get pills as well... No coffee shop sells it (nor does Sonic and I say that because some people say they do but that's not the same). You can buy it at a health food or vitamin store, as well as at buy buy baby. It does not help induce labor but it helps to tone the uterus to make contractions more effective once they start. You can start drinking it at anytime in the second and third trimester and can drink up to three cups a day.

Yea i brought the pill from Vitamin World. I've been taking them but honestly I am not sure its even doing anything. Maybe the tea works better. I also read that its most effective when taking at early 30 weeks. Good luck

Try a natural health store. I just saw a box of it at one by me called Sprouts. It doesn't induce labor, it helps supply your uterus with blood so you have healthier contractions when it is time and also helps your uterus go back to normal size after baby is born. Women start drinking it in third trimester for almost 3 months to get the most from it. Try Amazon too, you can probably just order it

It doesn't induce labor. The tea just strengthens your muscles so that when you have contractions they are more effective,  making labor faster and less painful.

From what I've heard its a drink and was also told you can get it at any coffee shop. I don't know exactly how often to drink or anything though.
