Hard Tummy

I'm almost 36 weeks. Had false labor last night and been preterm since 32 weeks. Today I've still had contractions all day just not as strong as last night..

My question-- what would case my stomach to contract and for most part stay hard??

I was never put on medication just bed rest but I'm off now and like I said contractions pretty consistent, my stomach goes rock hard and I feel tones of pressure in my lady bits.

Yeah guess I've had it for bout that long too.. But since was preterm doctor had me on medicine to help with contractions maybe is why didn't notice it too much.. Doctor took me off the pills when I turned 35 weeks..

I have the same problem, preterm since 28 weeks and I'm 35weeks now.  I have an irritable uterus and that is what is causing my contractions.  They are all day long and sometimes pretty frequent.  If I do too much they come on, if my little one moved too much they come.  I feel ur pain my dear.
