Can't keep anything down

Hi, this is my 1st pregnancy and I'm 6 weeks 5 days. For the past 4 days I have been unable to keep down any food or drink. Is this normal?

I've tried ginger tea and biscuits and they don't work for me :-(. It's allday sickness I have and it seems to be getting worse if that's possible. Going to gp tomorrow to see if they can help as being sick in a bag in train station and having to jump off tubes to be sick is making my commute to work a nightmare. I know it will be worth it in the end but I'm so drained just now. Glad ur feeling better, thanks for the advice and good luck to you also!

Doc will most def give you an awesome prescription!
I had all day sickness as well, to the point where I couldn't leave the house. I had.to be within five feet.of a bathroom at all times.
Turns out it was from all the acid in my stomach, my doc Gave me a prescription and it completely helped me out.

Got presciption from docs and sickness has stopped, these anti sickness meds are amazing! I'm 8 n a half weeks now and the only thing I now have is fatigue and extremely sore boobs but I like having something so I still feel pregnant. The wait til 12 week scan is so worrying, just want to know everything is ok. Thanks for all the advice, I appreciate it!

This is my first pregnancy too except  I'm 25 wks now. However it is normal to be nauseous. Honestly when I found out I was pregnant I was already 8weeks  and not only did I have morning sickeness I had all day sickness, I thought it wasn't normal especially because I was throwing up all day not just in the morning . However hot ginger tea and ginger chews saved me  :)  hope that's helpful as it helped me a bunch. Also the second trimester is much better and those symptoms are gone, now I'm close to 3rd trimester and some nauseous feelings are coming back but it's all a learning process. Good luck!

It's normal. This is my 3rd pregnancy and way different from the other too. I was like you couldn't keep nothing down. I lost 15pounds the first 2 months. I'm 20weeks now and the nausea and vomit has gone away .

Normal. Some people suffer from more severe nausea when pregnant.
Call your doc and ask about getting a prescription to help you out.
Once you transition into your second trimester, usually the nausea goes away.
