what should I write in my birth plan?

There are templates online. There are a lot of decisions to make and you should probably be familiar with them, but still flexible. Good luck

I never wrote a birth plan. I flew by the seat of my pants and just wung it.

Get baby out safely! lol  I'm not too specific with mine...I don't know yet if I want an epidural I will see what happens and leave that option open...I just know I only want my fiance in the room and him to cut the cord.

Hi jut let them know What you would like to happen. What I always write who I would like at the birth with me. What form of pain relief I would like to choose. If I would like to stay mobile all the time. Would you like a family member to cut the cord. lf you would like a water birth. If you would like the injection in your thigh to deliver the placenta quicker. I would opt for this its a safer way to get it out without it breaking apart. Have you thought of the pain relief you would like?
