Thank you I will try that. I have a body pillow to prop under but because my shoulders hurt so bad I can't sleep on my them right now.
As far as sleep try a body pillow, put one end between ur legs, the middle under ur belly and snuggle with the rest. Do this when lying on your side. I'm 5'0 so I can do the above plus lye my head on it. The pillow works wonders, can't sleep without it.
Sorry ill be 19 weeks Tuesday. So close to five month.
