I've been doing the evening primrose oil too. Orally and vaginally. And drinking red raspberry leaf tea every day. Walking on my treadmill or walking the dogs around the block. They say pineapple is supposed to help, but idk about that.

Nothing will work if baby isn't ready.  All of the things you are doing have been known to induce labor, but they are not guaranteed.

Try more sex. There's something in sperm that helps I guess soften your cervix. And walk a lot. The more active I am the more contractions I get at night (I'm 39+5). But the reality is that you can try all the things you want and they won't work if baby and your body aren't ready. Good luck!!

Oh ok that's good to know! I would say keep doing what your doing maybe try being a little more active. Maybe baby is on it's own program for now!
