I was getting really bad headaches a couple of days ago. I realized I was just out in the heat too much during the day. Once I limited my outside time I felt a lot better.
Did you have headaches before you were pregnant? I used to get migraines frequently but can't take anything but Tylenol now that I'm pregnant. It doesn't really help and having to look after my one and two year olds means I don't get to go lay down in a quiet area. My doctor doesn't seem to be concerned because everything else looks fine.
If you aren't used to getting frequent headaches though, I would increase your water intake, eat something, lay down, and if that doesn't help let your doctor know. Unfortunately, there's not really a lot they can give you.
Or severe dehydration-or caffeine withdrawal.
If it doesn't go away with Tylenol then I would call the Dr...
Id phone your midwife/ doctor. Headache is s sign of high blood pressure or preclampsia xx
