Not sure where you are, but in the UK, we have something called 4head headache stick which is considered safe to use as you just rub the stick along your forehead, so you're not taking anything. It may help, even if it doesn't cure the headache completely. Hope your headaches go away soon. X
I suffer from migraines and when I'm pregnant they get more frequent (almost daily) and I can't take the 'good stuff' to knock them out.
I have to have an extra kick of caffeine (dr orders) when I have one, also it sounds stupid but using a relaxing body wash and taking a longer or 2nd shower helps. And a mild amount of walking (too much and it makes it worse for me).
Try different combinations of things and you will hopefully find a combo that makes them easier to endure. Took me a few tries my first pregnancy to find the right combo.
Ive struggled with daily headaches for most of my life. Im 16 weeks now and try not to take Tylenol every single day. I bought a flexible, clay pack (hot or cold) from CVS. I freeze it and put it at the base of my head when Im reasting to relieve some of the headache pain. Its been a lifesaver!
Only thing can do is take Tylenol and rest I what I was told drink water but not to much water to much water is not healthy I'm 31 been goingn threw the same thing since 6 weeks it all went away buy 12 but started up again a week ago sorry hope u feel better
I'm 40 weeks tomorrow. Starting in the second trimester, daily headaches occasionally becoming migraines. You can take up to 4,000 MG of tylenol a day. They may put you on something more (for me, fioricet from a neurologist). You really just have to tough it out, and it really *****. I'm sorry this is happening to you too, but it does come to an end.
Also, could be dehydration, drink plenty if you're able, good luck x
Headaches from week 12/13 are totally normal. It s the blood presure etc etc :) changes in your body
Ask your Dr what you should take as a lot of medicine is not recommended
