I don't know which one I have but I have one of them and I drank milk and did not help. I was wondering if I can take tums?

You may have both. I do! Nothing has worked but milk. My doctor told me Pepcid; I've tried Tums and Zantac as well and it hasn't worked.

Try Pepcid my dr recommended one in the morning before I eat and one at night it helps plus you can take it with tums if it comes during the day!

Yes and hopefully it works for you. It doesn't really help me. But I don't have it till I'm asleep and all of a sudden I have acidy something in my throat. It's like I haven't eaten in days but having reflux up in my throat. Horrible.
