Hip Pain
Any tips to help relieve hip pain? Can't sleep through the night, I'm constantly turning over & I keep a pillow between my knees but lately it's just unbearable!! Any suggestions are appreciated!
I feel this pain too! The pillow between my legs used to work but not anymore at 35 weeks! Sorry I can't help, I've not found a way to relieve it either :/
It feels like I've laid on that side for days when it's only been half an hour. Like bruised on the inside, really sore.
I feel the same pains there fast pulse pains. In my hips and uterus. I guess everything is stretching.
What kinda pain do u feel?
