Apple cider vinegar works wonders. Doesn't taste good but it works. Google it.

It doesnt matter if I eat alot or nothing, early or late heartburn is part of my life lol. Tums have really been a lifesaver. I love milk and drink alot daily but it doesnt help my heartburn anymore. My cousin had to take meds because her heartburn would wake her up and make her throw up...thankfully I just eat 3 before I lay down and usually 2 more throughout night..

I like to go natural and drink milk. I know everybody is different though and it might not work for you. Don't eat to where u get full. Eat a good amount and eat every three hours since it'll be a small amount. I usually have cereal and a banana for breakfast then later a thick slice of cheddar cheese and nuts with grape juice. Etc.
