Heat palpitations

So the past two days I have had heart palpitations before I became pregnant I suffered from anxiety attacks I'm now 18 weeks and all of a sudden I feel like they are coming back I've been doing so well though now I've been drinking tea but nothing is helping me my pulse is 100 to 110 I was reading that normal adult pulse is 60 to 100 but when pregnant can increase.  Do you think this is something I should call the doctor about our go to the ER? I don't want anything to happen to my baby

I'm in the same boat. I have anxiety and was having anxiety attacks again around 32weeks. Ended up getting pulled out of work and told to relax and rest as much as possible. Try to take it easy but definitely talk to your doctor about it.

Heart palpitations  are actually very normal during pregnancy as we have extra blood flow, some might even develop heart murmurs which are innocent due to pregnancy, i myself have a heart murmur due to my previous  pregnancies.however go drs just to be on the safe side that all is in order as pregnancy does put our strain on our bodies n heart. But yeah its quite normal  hun
