Help! How do I stay calm?

Hi everyone. We just found out last night that that I'm pregnant and right away fear took over my body. I give birth to my son at 33 weeks via emergency c-section because I had pre - eclampsia. The baby had breathing problems so he was taken to the nursery. He died after 8 days. Never got the chance to take him home. I'm so scared. Will it be like the first pregnancy? How do i keep my blood pressure down? How do i stay calm? I'm drowning in fears. Help please
