swelling
I made it to 37 weeks with no swelling (almost, 37 today).. then last night my feet swelled like balloons. Does anyone have any tips for relief. It's so uncomfortable
Mention it to your doctor too as it can be a sign of something serious, not meaning to scare you but with my first that happened and I ended up being induced the same day I saw my doctor
Drinks lots of water, don't eat anything with lots of sodium, get your feet up when resting. Fortunately you're so close that you won't have to deal with it for too long.
