Help!

So, I've hit the 20 week mark. Which is awesome and I'm completely excited about it but it seems like overnight my skin has gone down hill. I have rashes on my arms and a bout of eczema on my face. My self esteem has gone down hill too. I've put on some weight, obviously. My boyfriend still says he loves me and I'm still beautiful but dang it's hard to believe sometimes. Anyone else ever feel this way halfway through? Any advice would be awesome!

I had a mini break down a few weeks ago to my hubby about the same thing. I'm a mom of 3 and this is now my 4th pregnancy,I'm 22 weeks. I feel huge, and my hair is brittle and lifeless, getting break outs and eczema....I lost it...I know how hard it can be to believe them, just this morning (after a horrible night and only about 4 hours of sleep looking awful) he told me even though I may feel exhausted, I'm still absolutely beautiful...of course I wanted to roll my eyes but just smiled and said thank you.
Do something for yourself to make yourself feel better, even if it's just a wash, cut and blow-dry at your local hair salon...get your nails done,it helps. And believe him when he says he loves you and thinks your beautiful (as much as we want to disbelieve it, they mean it.
For you eczema try the aveeno eczema lotion for babies, it use it on my 16 month old, and actually found it helped my skin a lot, and use cortisone 10 on it once a week. Good luck sweetie!!! Your half way there!!
