trouble breathing

I am going on 32 weeks this week and just started experiencing difficulty in breathing especially when trying to sleep.... Anybody have any advice on what I can do? I know it's normal or whatever but so frustrating I always feel like I just got done running a marathon!!!

I'm 34 weeks and had been experiencing that for a while. My doctor said it was normal. It's the baby pushing into my diaphragm. She said sometimes, it can get pushed up by about 4cm so your lungs don't fully expand. It ***** sometimes but once my baby dropped it eased up some.

It really doesn't matter if your baby drops because my baby drop at 30 weeks I'm 36 weeks now and still feel the same so just move around that's what I do  it's harder to breathe because baby getting bigger  trust me everyone tells me when I'm even talking I sound  like I just ran  Lol

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and having this. I walk up the stairs and I feel like my heart is thudding and I'm short of breath. I am fine if I am lying down but when I'm on the move it's awful.  I am seeing my doctor tomorrow anyway,  so I am going to mention it! Although I'm sure it's just the baby squashing my organs.
