Take magnesium everyday!Best decision I ever made, it naturally helps with much more than just constipation.

Eat prunes, they work better than prune juice.  Also, colase is safe.

For me, a hot chocolate seems to get the pipes moving.

I eat oatmeal everyday towards the end of pregnancy. I like the instant flavored stuff.

Make sure you have a high fiber diet. Exercise and drinking a lot of water helps as well.

I had the same issue. Now I eat an all-bran breakfast bar every morning, and have been going daily. It was a better option than medicating or forcing myself to eat or drink something that was awful.
