DR is making me wait....

..three more weeks for my first appointment. I'm at 6 weeks right now. I'm 31 years old with my first pregnancy and I'm so excited. This wait is such a bummer and I have so many questions. Is this normal to have to wait so long? *tears*

So long as things are progressing most do wait. Sorry I know it's not what you want to hear. Congrats though!

Yep. Sorry. They usually wait until the 8-9 week mark unless you've had a previous history of miscarriages or are high risk.  It stinks but it'll be here faster than you think. If you havent already just start your prenatal vitamins and drink plenty of water.
Congratulations!
