hi I'm first time mum 38 weeks pregnant I know your feet can swell up but my hands are so swollen is this normal ?

It can be, but if they've become swollen suddenly or if they are painful you should talk to your doctor about preeclampsia. Or if you push the swollen area and it stays dented for a bit instead of instantly coming back out.

I couldn't wear any rings *

My hands were swollen from like month 4 incident wear any of my rings and they would cramp up, cut back salt and drink lots of water that's all I could do
