High, then low, then high hCG levels

I know you see a lot of these questions, ive read a few threads before posting my own, but cant seem to find something like mine.

My last period was 1/10/2015 and I had slight bleeding aeound the 25th of that month as well, which I believe was implantation bleeding. I took a HPT and I got a super light positive, and then I took a few more in the morning of two other brads, just to be sure.

My hCG levels have me wprried because I dont feel like my doctors are giving me evwrything they know, no matter how many questions I ask. My numbers are as follows; 296,237,263,264,285, and 212. All of these are over a week period. I was told to take fancy HPT with the weeks indicator, so I know my numbers rose and then fell once more after my last test. Idk what to think of all this, and no one will give me a straight answer. They tell me to wait to miscarry, and I am just no good at waiting. And sometimes I feel as though I am pregnant with all the annoying symptoms (heartburn, tender breasts, serious bloating, etc...) amd other times I feel nothing at all. I also found out that I have a rather large hemerrogic cyst that I wonder if that could be having something to do with it? Has anyone gone through this? What is happening?  Im tired of speculation. My husband and I have tried for 5 years and ive never even had a scare or false positives, and now im pregnant and I feel like all the doctors can do is rip away all my hope with out really ever telling me anything.

How far along are you suppose to be? I know if you are like 5 weeks early all they will see is a sac

My tubes are clear, I have them check every time I get an ultrasound. And I have a small sac that they cant tell (or wont tell me if they can) if it is a sac or not.

As far as I know when your hcg levels decrease that means miscarriage your numbers are suppose to double every other day have they checked to see maybe if you are having a tubal pregnancy
