Tylenol w/ codeine

Dr. Just prescribed Tylenol w/ codiene for this migraine I've had for the last 2 days that refuse to go away. I was not able to keep any food or liquids down, because the nausea was so bad. I took 1 in hopes it is all I need to be rid of this migraine, but now I'm a little worried after googling it. Many say it's fine, while others say otherwise. I don't plan on taking it for prolong use, but only when it becomes unbareable. Otherwise I can just take regular Tylenol. Anybody else having this same problem, or am I just freaking myself out?

Thanks ladies. Yeah after waking today and feeling like a superstar, I figured my baby must be as happy and well rested as I am. I figured I will only take it when it starts affecting my sleep and ability to eat or take fluids in. Other then that, basic Tylenol will be my safe route.

You'll be fine as long as you don't have an addiction, which obviously you don't! Thats where it becomes worrisome, because you're baby could be born with an addiction and have withdrawals. I just have a wisdom tooth pulled and was prescribed percocets and baby is just fine!:)

I had to take tylenol for a fever I kept getting. It's not going to harm the baby but only take one. I also only took it when needed.  Dont worry your baby is stronger than you think. Just try not to stress it makes things harder meaning in feeling better. Good luck.
