Horrible Leg Cramps
So I am 10 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I started having severe leg cramps about two weeks ago. Any advice for relief or how to deal? I am up all night kicking and then sleep in until noon. I am willing to try anything. I have a bad back and my muscles get stuck together. My husband gives me hot rock massages. That has helped me one night. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks mother of one six year old boy and one on the way!
Leg cramps, heart rises, flashes grrr drives me crazy i wish u well in your pregnancy keep ur leg elevated with pillows it we'll help a bit..
Am 30 weeks today n am so over it keg cramps not being able to sleep grrr drives ne crazy n my geart rises so high that i trip out at times lol
