I cried the other day because my bean burrito from Taco Bell had onions in it and I was super mad at my husband because he was just watching me pick all the onions out. LOL Maybe some deep breaths and self talks might help. I have to do that every now and then.

There was a post on here about the silliest thing you've cried about and just reading everyone's comments made ya giggle but it definitely showed that you are not alone one bit!

Yes very very emotional. I can't even watch tv without crying over every little thing. My poor hubby. I will ask for a specific snack and cry when he gets it wrong. Hang in there dear not sure if there's a way to make it better.

Yes. I know how you feel. The other day I watched a cartoon movie and then cried because one of the dinosaurs died. And then like two hours later I cried again because I remembered about this cartoon Dino dying. I hope it gets better too, but right now I think we just have to remember that our hormones are messing with us. If you can force yourself to exercise anyway...even by just going for a brisk walk, you'll probably feel better. Endorphins make you happy.
