Hot Flashes?

Is it possible for a pregnant woman to get them?I'm only in my 20's... if that helps anything. I've been feeling hot out of nowhere. It could just be the weather, but I'm inside w/ air conditioning.

I have them so bad this time around and I asked my Dr and she said it was normal... She suggested also getting a small desk like fan to bring with me in the hospital because she said many women get them worse post partum. I guess we're in good company with hot flashes

No it's very normal! If you have any other symptoms, get checked for any virus or other sickness, but just hot flashes is usually normal. I have them, mostly at night, and our bedroom is in the basement where it's nice and freezing. Just stay hydrated and hopefully they let up. They should go away post pregnancy. Good luck!

I get them. Sometimes I get to hot and then boom I'm to cold. And at night I aometimes start to sweat under just one thin sheet. Try to wear tanks and shorts. Nothing to restricting and keep drinking water.
