Hot flashes

All thru my last pregnancy, my husband kept waiting for me to get warm(normally, I'm always cold). This time around, I'm always hot, sweating thru the night, and freezing the poor man out, lol anyone else always warm? I have no idea how to stay cooler.

I was like that with my first pregnancy. During the winter! I would sleep buck naked, window open. I didn't care. My poor husband would just freeze. I couldn't get cool enough. I'm dreading Summer. If it's anything like last Summer with its record highs and my ac constantly breaking down. And the electric bills. Good luck ladies!

I am 35 wks and I too am always hot! Like you before I was pregnant I was always cold. At night I keep the AC in the room on 69 and I still wake up sweating! It has something to do with the excess blood flow keeping your body warmer.

I'm 35 weeks and we have a scheduled c section at 39. He said he never expected me to get this warm lol

Oh yes I'm the same way. I sleep at 64 and during the day it has to stay cool. If not I'm sweating. How nay weeks are you? I'm 32 weeks and it get worse as summer comes.
