Hot flashes

Omg today was the worse day every I was so hot I had to put the a/c on and it was 70 degress.. Im in the desert, but it felt like I was in a boiler room smdh. I finally cooled off but has anyone else experienced these hot flashes. I wish I could stop eating too. I tried the pregnancy diet and it isnt working :-( Any suggestions ?

I get hot flashes too. Mine are weird though, they've only been affecting my boobs!

:-( Its getting worse here its 80 degrees, I wish I was in snow, I dont know if Ill make it through summer :-(

Yes! I live in minnesota and is freezing here right now! But I find myself having to open the window because im so darn hot!

I'm in Ohio and it's been in the negatives lately I've had major hot flashes to the point I've opened windows...I've just about froze my husband out but it's like there's nothing I can do to get comfortable. ... I'm due in 3 weeks and I've been lucky being pregnant during the winter I couldn't imagine being 9 months pregnant in the dead of summer!

I turn off our heat every morning and open a window and it is 40* outside.  If I dont I heat up like crazy.  At night I have problems sleeping bc we have to keep it warm enough for the kids. The worst tho is when you are out and about all the sudden just start sweating like crazy.

I get the hot flashes too!  It was in the 60s outside today yet i was driving around with my a/c on max. I'm 28y/o and only 14weeks.
