How can I get comfortable at night ?!

Ok so this is my 3rd baby but this pregnancy has been so much worse than my other 2! My boy was the first he was a breeze, my other daughter wasn't this bad mostly swelled a lot but this little girl has/is giving me a hard time! I lay down with a pillow between my knees and on my right side and I usually drink a glass of milk to help with the heartburn but nothing I am doing helps me sleep! I wake every night with leg cramps and can't find a comfy position I can't breathe right on my left side and don't feel right on my back! HELP please?!;(

@ autumn I don't care too much for bananas either and won't eat them alone but my husband made me a huge pitcher of banana water that was so yummy and that's how I did it. Try it! Google the recipe!

@lizzie_campos thanks I don't really care for bananas but I'm going to try because my poor leg and hip kill me when I lay down I even tried Tylenol cream the other night n I think it made it worse!!! It felt like my hip was on fire on top of the aches.

Try to sleep on your left side and put a pillow between your legs

I have a hard time sleeping comfortably myself but I have tried a couple things that helped. Like Lizzie said, the baths can help especially if you put some Epsom salts in the water. They make lavender Epsom salts that relax you even more. I have taken Tylenol pm which is safe to take. And I drink a magnesium powder mixed with water before bed called Natural Calm. Magnesium is a mineral most humans are deficient in and it helps relax muscles. It also helps with constipation. You can find it in a natural store or online.

For the leg cramps start eating bananas , it helps with the potassium. For the sleeping try warm baths before bed or sleepy time tea to relax you and put you to sleep better.

Pregnancy pillow, benadryl, milk
That's pretty much how I sleep. My doctor told me the only thing safe to take was the benadryl, but it works really well for me in combination with the pregnancy pillow.
