Antibiotics during pregnancy?
Hi ladies!
Has anyone taken antibiotics while pregnant? I am going to get one of my wisdom tooth removed and I might need antibiotics, I am freaking out because I hate medicine specially while pregnant, I had a cold and headaches so far but I though it out and haven't taken any medication.... And now I'll have to so I don't get an infection.... I am just really conscious on what I am putting in my body right now....

I have and feel the same way as you about antis but everything will be OK mommy trust...
When im pregnant i have absolutely no immune system so get horribly sick. With my first i had antibiotics 3 times and have just had a course with my second. Sometimes being deadly sick is much worse for baby as you could miscarry plus there are antibiotics that are safe. Each time i thought i was dying before they gave me anything so maybe ask if you could wait it out before taking anything?
My ob keeps prescribing me antibiotics for a uti... even though I don't have symptoms of one.
