How to increase my milk supply!?

I pumped for the very first time on Thursday, I got 4oz total.
My boobs were huge until I pumped they literally like shrunk :/
And ever since then, when I pump I barely get an ounce to an ounce in a half :/
I really hate that my daughter is having to be on formula cause I can't produce enough.
What are ways or things I can eat/drink to increase my supply?

Keep pumping. That amount is totally normal when starting out. Just keep it up every 2-4 hours. It will begin to increase. I heard fenugreek is good for increasing the amount

Make sure you're  drinking lotssss of water!  Oatmeal or granola bars with oats in them, carrots, mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, macadamia ect.)

Cookies!

Not just any cookie, but special lactation cookies.

You’ll need:
1 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of flax seed meal (don’t skip this step, and no substitutions!)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
3 cups of steel cut oats
1 cup of chocolate chips
4 tablespoons of brewer's yeast

Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350°.
2 Mix the flaxseed meal and water and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
3 Cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
4 Add eggs and mix well.
5 Add flaxseed mix and vanilla, mix well.
6 Sift together flour, brewer’s yeast, baking soda, and salt.
7 Add dry ingredients to butter mix.
8 Thoroughly stir in oats and chocolate chips.
9 Scoop onto baking sheet, approximately 1” balls.
10 Bake for 12 minutes.
11 Allow cookies to set for a few minutes before removing from tray.
