How to relieve back pain?
Anyone else experiencing back pain? Mine ironically is just on my right side only. Think it may be time for a prenatal massage.

Mine only hurts when I'm sleeping. And we just got a new memory foam mattress last year which has been awesome so I know its not the bed. Just depressing that I can't sleep well lol. I think its because I have to only sleep on my sides now . I'm usually a tummy sleeper

Same here. Unfortunately being on bed rest I can't use the gift card my husband got me for prenatal massages
My back is always hurting the only way it goes away is taking a warm bath i also want to go to a chiropractor just have to find one that takes my insurance
