gender predictions and early name decision

Good afteroon ladies, has anyone taken any stock in the gender prediction calendar or old wives tales; needle on the thread, ect. So far niether myth has failed me but i dont put to much thought into it(i know how that sentence sounds). They say im having a girl, which is great because i have two boys and one girl. the u/s is what we relied on before. But while im waiting until then ive picked out possible first names, let me know what y'all think...
Raspberry- if Gweneth paltrow can name her daughter apple ill name mine whatever fruit i like
Xylinia- Greek-from the wood
Sybil- Greek-Prophetess/Oracle
How early did y'all start choosing name

We were talking about and already decided baby names when we first got married, more than a year before we got pregnant.

I do too, our daughters name is: Iyannae( I-yawn-A) Aroura(auroura-northern lights), my husband found the first name in a book and switched out or rearranged a letter for both

we have a girl name chosen,  but dunno what its gonna be. still looking for a boy name.

I love the name Xylinia! its super pretty and unique  :-)
