fruits have alot of water, soups as long as you are having lots of fluids. it helps vrung the nutrients to baby and also is the fluid surrounding baby. good luck. i had to only have cold drinks with my last preg. This one's turning into the same. I drink cold juice, whatever i can and other days have water. If nauseous dont force the water in you. try Fruits and orher stuff. teas work to if you like hot.
