I don't feel pregnant

I am 24 weeks and for the past few days, I have not felt pregnant at all... First trimester, I didn't have much morning sickness but my hormones were terrible. Second trimester, I had horrible heartburn, back pain, and sciatic nerve pain. I got a body pillow several weeks ago, and that has been helping my pain a lot and I've started drinking lots of water to help with heartburn. It's just weird because other than my huge bump, I have no "symptoms of pregnancy" lol. Anyone else experienced this?

I'm pretty much in the same boat too cuz all my nausea went away at the beginning of second trimester and occasionally I get heartburn.  Other than that my only other symptom of being pregnant is my noticeable bump and feeling my baby wiggling around in there.  It a very common to not "feel" symptoms during this time, cuz ur body has adjusted to being pregnant.  I'm currently 33 wks and just waiting for my baby to make his grand appearance.  as long as u can feel baby, take that as a noticeable sign of being preggers..

Im 23wks n if I weren't easily worn out n my ankles would stop swelling I wouldn't know I was prego either! Aside from the belly and her moving that is... I'm using this time to get some stuff done before it all comes flooding back, soak this feeling up!!

I'm 32 weeks and still don't feel pregnant. My belly isn't even noticably 'big' and I've had very few pregnancy syptoms. Still waiting for the moment I feel pregnant...it will probably be about the same time I'm over being pregnant lol

I used to do that on my first pregnancy.  I was so used to always feeling weird in some way so when I felt normal I would miss feeling weird because it would scare me. I would think Ahh I don't even feel pregnant! But don't worry, you'll get plenty more symptoms!
