I feel bad

I haven't been exercising at all during this whole pregnancy. I feel really bad, and i know it is good for me but I am tired all the time and i get too lazy to exercise.  I eat healthy but no excercising/walking. Anyone else? & advices to help me get started.

I didn't exercise until 3rd trimester. Dr said I gained 2 lbs a week instead of one on a visit. I got really nervous so I started walking and eating better. Started gaining only a lb a week then on but still ate a LOT! Just take a walk a day. :)

Keep in mind that walking is exercise. So instead of doing at the mailbox in the way home, walk out and get it. Shuffle around the house, get Sun even if it's just sitting in your driveway for fifteen minutes. You don't have to do jumping jax. Just walk a little every day. I'm having a hard time too but we can do it! :)

Just a tip but even to do some walking does so much for your body and for the baby. To give you some ideas I don't do anything crazy when walking but if my husband comes with me or if I have good music it just makes the walk so much more enjoyable. Sometimes I'll even call my mom who lives 10 mins away and see if she wants to walk and I will drive to her house and go walking with her for an hour. We both get the exercise and we get to spend that time together. And I actually feel very good after to do some chores around the house or cook dinner or whatever. These are just ideas but I hope you find ways to keep your body moving so you have an easy labor and bounce back to your normal self faster after your baby is born. Good luck.

Check out fit mommy diaries. Ignore the fact that she is absolutely beautiful and skinny as hell even at nine months. :-) but she has some really great yoga ball exercises that are very low impact. Even on days that I'm super tired if I do the stretches I actually feel better.

Sex is exercise...I like that.  But I havent been exercising either. I havent gained much weight either. Only 5 lbs at 32 weeks. I am very active at work and do not have energy when I get home.  When I do, I spend it cleaning or getting the nursery ready. If I start working too hard my BH contractions start and hate that feeling, so I take it easy.

Getting some movement and exercise is good. It helps to oxygenate the blood and can make labor and delivery easier. I would enjoy the husbands being helpful and over protective if I were you. I am on my 4th, but even with my first I was helping to pound 't' posts and put up fence well into my third trimester. Enjoy the reprieve, you will be busy enough when your bundle of joy arrives. Remember shopping counts as exercise, so does sex.

Didn't my first and didn't this one as high risk, but none of my friends did either. Then again we are all healthy eaters and definitely not couch potatoes.

I had morning sickness till I was about 5 months. . Now that I got some energy back I just don't exercise my midwife says I need to at least 3-5 times a week. .  Hopefully we start! Lol

&about the hubby thing.. mine is the same way! He thinks everything might injure the baby lol first time dad...

Me too!!

I was very active before pregnancy! I did yoga almost everyday and gym and dancing too. My first too months pregnant I couldn't even walk and now that some of my energy is back I just feel too lazy to start exercising again. Even doc said I should exercise, cause I gained more weight that I should but I just don't feel like it.

Plus my hubby isn't helping either! He is so overprotective he doesn't even let me carry a bag or do housecleaning so I just spend most of the day relaxing
