Try laying off the dairy products for a while. In early pregnancy is common to get a slight reaction to lactose. Happened in both my pregnancies and by about 16 weeks I could drink milk, eat cheese etc like normal.
Yeah you are right mami . I just took smart fiber powder orange flavor . It helps . I almost trout out before I did a bit . God take care of all the mamis going through this .
