I got the ok from my drs.

Ok ladies I truly need your help. I have tried sex, walking non stop, dancing with my other children, squatting, spicy food and nipple stimulation with a pump, and nothing has help. I'm about 2 centimeters dilated and 50% effaced. I'm trying to avoid a c section since this is my 4th child. And legally they can induce me almost being 38 weeks. It's against the law. So please tell me what I can do to get this boy out. Lol. His head is already the size of a small melon. I go to one of the best hospitals in Michigan and my team of drs all say its ok. Please help me.

I have also heard all over this app that women try drinking orange juice and and milk together. Ive heard some women swear by it? Fill a cup with half milk and half orange juice. Or you can drink a cup of orange juice and then right after a cup of milk. Also i have heard try eating dates

If your doc says OK, Try light bouncing sitting on an exercise ball. Apparently it's good for the hips/pelvis. I've also heard cleaning the floor on hands/knees has helped some people! For me I think walking and the ball were what helped most first time around. Good luck!!!

Try cinnamon tea. Boil cinnamon sticks in water and 1 table spoon of sugar. The water needs to be reddish brown color. Its good. So I'm trying that right now. Hopefully it works.
