If you're worried about raw veggies and fruits, mix 3 parts water and 1 parts vinegar and let fruits and veggies soak in it for a few minutes. Then rinse well with water to get rid of the vinegar taste. The acidity of the vinegar will kill most germs and pesticides on the food. Example of this would be 3 cups water mixed with 1 cup of vinegar. Don't chop up the fruit or veggies before you let them soak otherwise the vinegar will soak into the food.
Technically it is raw since its not cooked but not in the way meat is raw. Just wash it good and it should be fine.
