Thank you for all the suggestions ladies, they all sounded great! I just ended up making meatloaf and au gratin potatoes it's almost done too I'm starving. Having a way late dinner here for me and my hubby he works so late sometimes.

Baked cheddar bacon chicken, steamed peas and rice was what was for dinner at my house.:-)

I made some burritos with meat, fried mushrooms and onions,  tomatoes, lettuce, cheese,  sour cream and salsa on a whole wheat wrap. :)

Gilled up some potatoes and brats:) and some barbeque chips cuz they are my addiction

I made baked chicken, dredged in plain Greek yogurt and lemon juiced and coated in panko bread crumbs. It was yum, with green salad and corn on the Cobb :)

We had chicken Caesar salad & heirloom tomato salad. So much yum!
