first time mommy

I took two pregnancy tests and both came out positive but each with a second faint line. My husband and I are actively trying. I have called and left a vm with my obgyn. Is it too soon to say I'm def pregnant? Or should I wait for confirmation from my Dr?

When I took the first pregnancy test one of the lines was very light, so just to make sure, I got the one that says PREGNANT and it came out positive!
