Tylenol is safe during pregnancy (following recommended dosage of course) and cough drops (I think Halls menthol are the best for soothing a sore throat). Other than that , I would contact your doc about any other medicines as there isn't much to take that's safe for baby...hope you feel better!

I was given buttercup cough bottle and paracetamol, also you can take lemsip as long as its the one only containing paracetamol. For your throat a spoon full of honey n fresh lemon in warm water works great. Hope it works for you feel better soon x

Tylenol and cough drops are fine. So is Vick's. Natural remedies are a cool mist humidifier, warm salt water gargle, hot tea with honey and lemon, steam from the hot shower, saline nasal spray.  Feel better soon!
