1 cm dilated!!
9 days left of pregnancy and I'm 1 cm dilated. Praise the Lord, I'm finally getting there :)

Lol 1cm is okay but u can be 1 dilated for awhile lol walk around and stay active , have sex and regularly and a warm bath :) that should help ... Good luck
It all depends on the baby to be honest. My first child I finally started to dilate to 1cm on my due date and 5 1/2 hrs later after leaving my dr appt. I arrived at the hospital at 8cms. This pregnancy is complete opposite, I was at 1cm at 35 weeks and finally at 3cm now (39 wks). So anything could happen to be honest and no one will know until the baby is ready to come.
I was 2cm for three weeks! Lol be patient.
I really don't want to burst your happy bubble.... but you can walk around for several weeks dialated. The thing that indicates the time getting close, is if you are thinning/effacing. Sex can help, as the semen has prostaglandins that help soften the cervix. Baby will be here when he is she is ready. I hope it happens soon for you!
