I need Help/advice PLEASE

Has anyone been on medicare and medicaid? Medicare is my primary and medicaid is my secondary. My doctor only takes Medicaid but had tried billing both and neither is paying. I thought I had this fixed 5 months ago and today my doc says that nothing has been paid and I might have to find a different doctor. I'm almost 33 weeks and needless to say that scares me having to maybe find a different doc. I'm going to try to call both Medicaid and medicare and figure this out but if the doctor's office can't figure it out then how am I supposed to? Any advice or experiences or thoughts would be much appreciated. I'm really stressing now.

I don't have this specific experience, but I don't know if your doctor can actually turn down Medicare or Medicaid being that they are government funded programs.  I do billing for an ambulance company, but it kind of seems that either you don't have maternity coverage through one insurance or the other ... or both.  I would start with Medicare and find out if maybe something is being billed incorrectly.  Your doctor's office may need to bill Medicare for the rejection because if Medicaid is secondary, they will need to know Medicare was billed first, and as long as it rejected as an uncovered service, Medicaid should pick it up.  At least, this has been my experience in billing.  If Medicare rejects because of an error on the part of your doctor's office, Medicaid will not find that to be a valid rejection, and they won't pay either.
I hope this is helpful and you're able to get it straightened out.  Also, I'm not sure where you live, but this is my experience in Michigan.

Call the number on the card. If that doesn't work, call your local agency and get their contact info. Speak with someone in Billing. You're covered if you have both of those insurances may just be a certain Billing code your Dr has to put in. Good luck.
