I need help,I'm not sure what this is!!

so I'm a little short of 29 weeks with baby number 3. I was up from 1 a.m. To 4 a.m. With burning pressure in my chest around my breast bone, throat, jaw,arm shoulder.I at first I thought that it was very intense heartburn. So i popped tums, I drank milk I sat up straight...I tried to go back to sleep for hours. I eventually woke my husband up in tears because it hurts so bad! I couldnt sleep on my left side because of that arm that hurts. I eventually out of sheer exhaustion fell back to sleep for another hour or so.when I woke up it was not any better.I have no cough sniffles fever anything cold related I can't figure out what this is.
I did call my drs office. Waiting for call back.
The lady I spoke to said heartburn or reflux would not be going on this long or worsen as it has.

Im also a little dizzy and have a headache.

Anyone else ever have this?

Hunny, the way you are describing it sounds like a heart attack. Usually painful pressure in the chest that goes to the arm and/or jaw is that or a severe panic/anxiety attack.

But to not look at the worse possible thing, is baby sitting in a different spot than usual? Could be sitting weirdly on a nerve.

Have you broken out in a rash anywhere in that area or on your back?

Is your heart beat faster or your blood pressure up?

I've never had it quite like that. I sometimes get a burning right at the base of my ribs and it travels up and down there to my belly button...but it goes away normally if I sit or change positions.
Hopefully doctor calls back soon. Maybe baby is pushing on a nerve? Hard to say cause babe is still pretty small at 29weeks..but its possible..
