I'm being induced Sunday night. I'm so nervous! Dr. stripped my membrane today and that was the most painful thing I've ever experienced. And now that I felt that for a few seconds I know labor is gonna be 10x worst and it scares me to death! I'm having contractions now and slight blood let's see if I make it till Sunday! Wish me luck

If it gets too painful just keep in mind....Epidurals are amazing! :)

YOu can do it! You just got to prepare yourself mentally abd staying positive abd determined will get you through.  You are strong and your body was made for child birth.  There's nothing you can't handle.  Also the nurses wait on you and cam find ways to keep the pain managed.  Staying busy by walking, using a yoga ball helps. If your hospital has tub rooms request one when you check in, the jets feel good on contractions. Just keep thinking that you will soon meet your little one, its so worth it!

You'll be ok. It's pain but it has a purpose. Your body can do this and if you feel you need pain meds don't be afraid to get them. Bring a stress ball to squeeze. Good luck!
