My bf keeps trying to make me have anal sex. He doesn't understand I'm SOOO constipated lol. But even if thats the case I have never done anal before. Also if you have a vibrator, use it! The added stimulation from it while doing anal is really great. Just remember to breathe, go slow. And never go from anal to vaginal. If you want to do that please clean both you and him before doing so. You dont want to spread bacteria.

I have tried this also. If you're uncomfortable....you'll tense up. And then it hurts. Try by yourself or douche first. You can by these from a sex shop. Sort of looks like a rubber bulb with a nozel on the end....like a childs nose sucker. Use warm water, insert, squeeze, and take out. Do not realise the bulb while the nozel is in! Go to the toilet...it helps clean out your rectum so you're not afraid that you'll get poop on him. Sometimes you have to repeat a few times to get it all. Anyway...just one way to do it.

I use an organic coconut oil as alot of others irritate me there.

other tips...I only find it comfortable to insert on my left side. But once in and comfortable...we change to him behind.

also tell him he needs to turn you on first. If you want him badly enough entrance is easier. Tell him to let you come first.

I would recommend trying it by yourself first. Men tend to be too excited and want to rush it. You can start with fingers, if you have toys slowly progress to using one of those. Take care when you try anal as you want to make sure that you use the right lube. Silicone lubes work best as they dont dry out and become sticky (which causes pain). There are different lubes to try and yes some are water based as well. I like silicone better but silicone is not compatible with all types of toys so be careful on that. Basically, lube lube lube!!!  Once you've mastered doing it alone you can bring him in on it. I find it is least painful if I am laying on my side or while on top. Advantage of being on top is you have total control over how far and fast he enters you. I started out on top as my husband is into anal and likes to rush it. Lol I like to donit every once in a while because yes it has helped me go to the bathroom.

If my husband tried that **** with me I would cut him! You are too nice. Only try it when you are ready and comfortable. Doing it under crappy conditions isnt going to make it enjoyable.

If you're not comfortable with it; he needs to respect that.  It's that simple.  I have never done anal....I feel like it's just not for me, and my husband says he's not into it either.... but I think perhaps an open discussion-such as we had- would be beneficial.  :)

hey i had the same problem my ex constantly pressured me to have anal sex and it hurt and i didnt like it. Anyone that cares about you and your health does not need anal sex. Its pushed by porn sites and social media. You are beautiful the way you are it isnt necessary. You shouldnt fear a man leaving you for not having anal sex with him. Draw the line in the sand! hugs
