Just eat all the time, I had bad morning sickness with all 3 of mine. But I think I finally got it down. Eat at least every 1 1/2. Small meals, fruit, veggies, yogurt, As long as u keep ur belly full u should be ok, if I wait to long to eat I will throw up.
Eating small in morning and smelling lemon helped or ginger root. Peppermints helped alot and chewing gum, fresh mint, and if going to bathroom does it my husband who is a genius taught me to light a candle before using bathroom keeps smells down and nausea, God bless these tips
Ah lemon in my water did work but it gave me horrendous griping pains and diarrhoea (eek!) did the same in my first pregnancy, citrus doesn't agree with me when pregnant LOL! Definitely worth a try though :)
Don't know y it posted twice. And I meant swear not aware.
Ladies please try lemon water, well lemon in ur water rather. It does wonders!!!! Haven't been sick since my aunt told me to try it!!! I aware by it now, I haven't had any kinda sickness since I started drinking it over a month ago. I keep lemon juice with me and honestly I add a few drops to water I drink. Hope this helps :-)

Aw I know I've been there! My first pregnancy was just evening sickness for a couple of hours, this pregnancy I've been nauseous all day and night from 4 to 16wks. Its awful I tried all the usual things - anything ginger, lemon, Seabands, bananas, crackers etc etc. Literally all that helped me was sipping water all day, eating little and often - and I ate whatever I fancied! When I was around 11wks I discovered imperial mints and peppermint chewing gum really helped me get through the day...oh my what a lifesaver! Sorry I can't be of more help and offer you a cure. Just keep trying different things as it's just trial and error. Hope you feel better soon :)
************* pops...idk why it blocked that out :/
Small frequent meals. Nothing heavy in the morning, toast with butter and jelly was good for me. And a glass of water or even ginger ale. ******* pops are little candies you can buy that helped me a lot too. Stay away from dairy.
