very confused
ive been having cramping (no bleeding ) for 4 weeks now, sore breast, a little bit tired. ive don preg test and have come back neg. dont know what it is and its driving me insane

thats the thing ive never had regular periods, mine are always over the place. when ever i get my period i always cramp for an hour or two before getting them
When was your period due? I was 10 days late before an early detection test showed as positive. Some women require blood tests to confirm their pregnancies. I'm assuming you also had intercourse during your ovulation window! Best of luck.
