I don't know how to swim, but I told myself that I would learn this summer. I found out in May that I am with child and while I was shocked, I'm excited about it. Now when I learn, I'll have a little swimming buddy with me =^}. Also I read also that it's good exercise for your body while you're pregnant, so I'm really looking forward to that and to the ease that it will have on my back....ahhh, I hope it's like floating on air....once I get the hang of it, lol....or else I'll be like a fish out of water...wish me luck! And have a happy and blessed pregnancy...these hormones are no joke mang, smh
Swimming works miracles...no more joint pain,no back ache,no more swelling, the froggy style.actually helps for babys head to engage and fix. Swimming helped me dilate also...I have been swimming ever since I was 33weeks,and now I am only about 2days away from delivery
Btw I took aquagymnastic classes all this time,so I had a personal trainer, but she told me that swimming regularly helps as much
I can't tell you how amazing it's been for me. I'm 27 weeks & plan to swim as much as I can until I'm due. I'm Australian so I learnt to swim in our backyard pool when I was 3 so I'm a water baby but its never to late to learn. Floating is just as nice as swimming. Do it ladies x x
I get so scared of drowning. I have no idea on what to do in a pool just the thought terrifies me!.I wish i can learn since it's so beneficial, but i feel like it's too late.
